2.1 Age Requirement. 18+ The pk55 Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, place any wager, or access any paid feature of the Platform. pk55 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, a resident of, or subject to the laws of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling or the use of services of the type provided by pk55.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to hold a pk55 account: persons under 18; employees, contractors, or agents of pk55 or any of its affiliated companies; immediate family members of such persons; and anyone using the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is illegal.
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one registered account on pk55. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of any balance and permanent account closure. Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and all other locations are subject to this rule equally.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and keep it current at all times. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pk55 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify pk55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
4.1 pk55 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable international anti-money laundering and player protection standards. All players are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal.
4.2 Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may also be requested. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and current.
4.3 pk55 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of a player's account lifecycle. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the time period specified in the verification request may have withdrawal functionality suspended.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk55 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa/Mastercard Debit, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller.
5.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum deposit is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method: JazzCash and Easypaisa up to Rs 100,000 per transaction; bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) up to Rs 500,000 per transaction; Visa/Mastercard Debit up to Rs 200,000 per transaction. USDT TRC20 limits are set in USD equivalent.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours for KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfers are processed within 1–2 business days. pk55 reserves the right to extend processing times for security reviews or in exceptional circumstances.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposit on the same account, subject to pk55's Anti-Money Laundering procedures. A minimum of one completed deposit is required before a withdrawal request will be processed.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the pk55 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits. No currency conversion fees are charged by pk55 on PKR-denominated transactions.
6.1 All bets placed on pk55 are subject to the specific rules governing each betting market or casino game, as displayed within the Platform at the time of wagering. These rules take precedence over any general description of a game or market.
6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting. Pre-match bets are accepted until the commencement of the relevant event. Live in-play bets are subject to suspension and may be voided if placed after the outcome of a market has been determined. pk55 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or at manifestly incorrect odds.
6.3 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as stated in each game's individual paytable. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
6.4 pk55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, arbitrage activity, or abuse of promotional offers.
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers issued by pk55 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the promotion is offered. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the promotion terms) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion.
7.3 pk55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including multi-accounting or abuse of referral systems, will be forfeited and the associated account closed.
7.4 Bonuses are valid for use on the pk55 Platform only and have no monetary value until wagering requirements have been met and withdrawal conditions satisfied.

We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders: deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.
8.2 Players may activate any of these tools at any time via their pk55 account settings, at no cost and without needing to contact support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk55 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities:
10.1 pk55 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without notice, where pk55 reasonably believes that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
10.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and any winnings derived from irregular or fraudulent play may be forfeited. Verified deposits not connected to fraudulent activity will be returned subject to AML checks.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.
12.2 pk55 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. pk55 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of service downtime.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits pk55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 pk55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 pk55 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Player data is processed only as necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.
14.1 pk55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk55 will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.2 The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
